Symphony of Colours: The Confluence of Inner and Outer Worlds

Dr. Florian Messner describes the inspiration of his paintings as being from great works of art and their context from remote antiquity to the present. His paintings are both rich in colour and meaning. His previous experiences as well as the Vienna School of Fantastic Realism have had a strong impact on his art. His past experiences include research in traditional cultures of Oceania, Indonesia and Mexico, where he visited and was privileged to live with the people of the remote traditional societies in these areas. They adhere to a unified art concept that is deeply rooted in their transcendent and otherworldly perceptions and so too does he. His background of music and performance has had a strong impact on him as well, with regard to his seeing of colours, light and shapes and in turn is a continuation of hearing.

The first part of the title describes his style of using vibrant colours which ranges between intuitively eruptive approximations to meticulous attention to detail. This usage of colours, in turn, is linked to the second part of the title reflecting the reality of our vibratory world, as nothing in our world is at rest. The artist is trying to catch and express visions that he perceives from the place where dreams are born. This process is triggered by legends, mythologies, all kinds of recent external events, by his natural environment, .as well as by the omnipresent unsustainable abuse of our world. The idea and meaning behind his art works is a rhythmic display of the weave in the presence of the past and he also wishes to communicate that, everything that exists is exposed to permanent surveillance, overseen by an all-powerful, omnipresent universal entity.

يصف الدكتور فلوريان مسنر مصدر الهام لوحاته من الاعمال الفنية العظيمة منذ الازل وحتى الحاضر. ان اعماله الفنية غنية باللون والمعنى ولتجاربه الشخصية الماضية، وكذلك مدرسة فينا للواقعية الخيالية تأثيراً عظيماً على اعماله الفنية. تشمل تجاربه الشخصية بحوثاً في الثقافات التقليدية لحضارات جزر وسط وجنوب المحيط الهادئ واندونيسيا والمكسيك، حيث زارها وحصل على امتياو معايشة المجتمعات البعيدة في هذه الاماكن، حيث يتمسك افراد هذه المجتمعات لمبدأ فني موحد نابع من احساسيسهم المتسامية والاثيرية وهو يشاطرهم هذا المبدأ. تركت كذلك لخلفيته الموسيقية والادائية وقعاً عظيماً علىؤيته للون والضوء والاشكال كأستمرارية للسمع.

يصف الجزء الاول من عنوان النعرض اسلوبه في الاستخدام غير المقيد للالوان النابضة بالحياة والممتد بين المقاربات الحدسية الفاائرة والانتباه الدقيق للتفاصيل. يرتبط هذا الاستخدام للالوان بدوره بالجزء الثاني من العنوان، والذي يعكس حقيقة عالمنا الاهتزازي، حيث ان لا شيء في عالمنا في حالة سكون لذا فكل شيء في حالة حركية اهتزازية. يحاول الفنان التقاط والتعبير عن رؤيا يشعر بأنها تاتي حيث تولد الاحلام. تتنشط هذه العملية من خلال الاساطير والميثيولجيا وكل الاحااث الخارجية المعاصرة، وتتنشط كذلك من التعسف الذي لا يطاق لعالمنا. تجسد الفكرة والمعاني من اعماله عرضا ايقاعياً للنسيج الذي يربط الماضي والحاضر، ويريد الفنان كذلك ايصال فكرة ان كل شيء موجود معرض لمراقبة دائمية تشرف عليها ذات كونية جبارة حاضرة في كل مكان وزمان.
